Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities that are prohibited when using Grozati LLC's services, software, and infrastructure.
1. Prohibited activities
You may not use our services to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
- Distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious code.
- Engage in phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices.
- Send unsolicited bulk communications (spam).
- Probe, scan, or attempt to breach the security of any system or network.
- Interfere with the proper operation of the services or other users.
- Build products that promote violence, child sexual abuse material, or hate speech.
- Use our AI integrations to generate content that violates the terms of the underlying model providers.
2. Resource use
You agree to use compute, storage, and bandwidth in good faith. We may throttle or suspend accounts that consume disproportionate resources or degrade service for others.
3. Reporting violations
To report a suspected violation, email support@grozati.com with a description and any supporting evidence.
4. Enforcement
Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of services, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
5. Updates
We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
