Refund Policy

Grozati LLC is committed to client satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for our services.

1. Professional services

Fees for professional services (custom software, Shopify app/store development, AI integration, consulting) are billed against the milestones and rates set out in the applicable Statement of Work ("SOW"). Because professional services consume time and materials as work is performed, fees for completed and accepted work are generally non-refundable.

2. Pre-paid retainers and deposits

  • Deposits are credited against future invoices and may be refunded only to the extent unearned at the time of termination.
  • Pre-paid retainers (monthly hours) may be carried forward but are non-refundable once the billing period begins.

3. Shopify apps and digital products

Subscriptions and purchases for Grozati-published Shopify apps are governed by Shopify's billing system. Refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of purchase to support@grozati.com. Approved refunds are processed through Shopify's refund mechanism.

4. Refund eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The service was not delivered as described in the SOW;
  • A material defect exists and we are unable to remedy it within a reasonable cure period;
  • Duplicate payment was made due to a technical error.

5. How to request a refund

Send a written request to support@grozati.com within 14 days of the relevant invoice or purchase, including: (a) order/invoice reference, (b) reason for the request, and (c) supporting details. We will respond within 5 business days.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.
